Donation Pick-up Service Options
Please note that we are a 99% volunteer-run organization whose mission is to serve those that are in need of furniture and home goods. We greatly appreciate your partnership in helping us to accomplish that mission by arranging delivery of your donations to our showroom. If you are not able to move or transport your donations due to their size, we suggest scheduling a pick-up through our partners at ReSupply, a veteran-owned hauling company, whose mission is to provide transport of your items to charitable organizations instead of the landfill.
UPDATE (November 13th, 2024): We are experiencing a high volume of standard pickup requests provided for free by Fresh Start volunteers. Our current waitlist is 4-6 weeks or more. We are actively recruiting new volunteers to decrease wait times but if you would like your donations to benefit others as quickly as possible, we encourage you to schedule a pickup through our partners at ReSupply.
